Client Support Associate

Oxfordshire - Salary £30,000

We are seeking a Client Support Associate to work for a an award-winning Cisco technology partner in Abingdon.

You will be responsible for delivering value to their clients through tactical success activities. You will work to ensure a proactive level of engagement throughout the client journey, maintaining alignment between the clients’ desired outcomes and the Cisco technology they have invested in. The primary focus of the role will be in our collaboration practice, where you will drive adoption by providing guidance, stimulation and education, as well as offering a wider level of support to the Client Success team. You will play a key role in supporting growth for the business, positively impacting the retention and expansion of existing accounts.

Responsibilities

• Develop an understanding of Cisco technology and learn its value proposition.
• Proactively identify and build relationships across a number of clients.
• Track and improve client health.
• Identify and escalate risk.
• Drive adoption through tactical engagement activity.
• Compile and deliver adoption reports based on usage data, along with advice and guidance on improvement.
• Facilitate client reviews.
• Identify additional opportunity, introducing the sales teams where relevant.
• Guide and support best practice through client onboarding.
• Deliver product training.
• Assist with the creation of content where required.

• Experience working in a sales, service or customer success role, preferably with a focus on software.
• Genuine interest in starting or building a career in customer success. Passionate about helping clients.
• Enthusiastic and self-motivated. Possess a willingness to learn, share knowledge, and contribute with ideas.
• Excellent communication skills. Able to build and maintain relationships across multiple levels. Able to speak and present credibly.
• Team player. Able to work collaboratively across departments, championing our clients and ensuring a high-quality experience.
• Able to think creatively and dynamically in response to problems.
• Effective time management and prioritisation skills.
• Willing to travel occasionally to clients within the UK.
